Precision air-conditioning systems filter and distribute three times as much air as comfort air-conditioning units of the same capacity. Punctual heat mounts reliably transport them even from the most remote corners, and the temperature and air filtration are continuously monitored and precisely controlled.

2: Latent or sensitive cooling
The sensitive portion of the cooling capacity lowers the temperature, while the latent portion dehumidifies the air. Comfort air-conditioning units use up to 30-50% of their energy for dehumidification, whereas precision air-conditioning systems convert more than 95% of the energy used exclusively to cooling capacity.

3: Controlled temperatures
Information and communication technology work reliably and without interference within a narrow temperature range. Precision air-conditioning units ensure maximum temperature accuracy with tolerances of max. +/- 1 C, while comfort air-conditioning units can vary by +/- 3 C from the setpoint.

4. Regulated humidity
In contrast to comfort air-conditioning units, precision air-conditioning units dehumidify very controlled and accurate (tolerance +/- 5% relative humidity), because too much moisture can lead to condensation and corrosion, but not enough to static charging, loss of data and hard-ware damage.

5. Operating costs optimized component selection
Comfort air-conditioning units are designed to cool a few hours a year. Precision air-conditioning units, on the other hand, must always be available when the electronic devices to be cooled are in operation. This is usually 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
