Function
Fire resistance rating of 90 minutes, fire‑resistant. Suitable for maintaining functional integrity for up to 90 minutes (functional integrity must be documented according to MLAR).

Construction
Empty enclosure with high mechanical strength. Integrated ventilation system consisting of fan and smoke detector, factory‑installed, ready for connection (230 V AC), cold‑smoke‑tight, suitable for up to 500 W heat dissipation. Stainless steel door hinges. Door flush‑fitted into the housing, opening angle approx. 180°. Two‑point door locking system with swing handle and double‑bit cylinder (replaceable with building master key system). Continuous fire protection seal that expands automatically in case of fire. Cable entry openings at the top and bottom for bundled cable routing. Integrated cable cooling channel. Mounting rail for installing equipment carriers or mounting plates. Anti‑tilt safety via mounting brackets at the top. Integrated, forklift‑accessible base with removable front panel. Available as fully assembled or disassembled version (installation site must be suitable for the enclosure weight).

Material Quality
Non‑combustible panel with surface coating, classified A2 – s1, d0 (non‑combustible). Standard surface: CPL. Standard color: light grey, similar to RAL 7035.

Ventilation
The ventilation module contains one axial fan: Airflow 164 m³/h, maximum power 30 W, current draw 0.14 A, noise level 45 dB(A). The ventilation opening is covered with two ventilation plates.

Cable Entries
Cable entries are located at the top and bottom of the F90 fire protection cabinet, each with four fields. One cable entry field measures 664 mm × 100 mm. Only these designated fields may be used for cable entry. Openings may be drilled on‑site according to cable diameters. Any gaps must be sealed on‑site with fire‑rated materials and filled with mineral wool. Cable entry areas are coated on both sides with compressed mineral wool.
